Digital Publishing to iPad, iPhone, Kindle Fire & Android http://ow.ly/gr2yw is a useful plug-in and service for uploading and developing digital magazines for designers that can use the Adobe software. Looks like fun, will have to dabble in this when i have some free time.
I like how small businesses or publishers can use this tools to simply upload they own E-magazines. Be interesting to see if it is able to track analytics on the content, see what consumers are clicking on for improvements. I would like to see this more of a live magazine platform, the problem when this solid structure model, is that the content is sent off in versions, like issues. The problem with this is, content that isn’t being used why would you keep it in. This could be the same with an advertisement if its interactive and the ad isnt getting the required engagement why not change it in realtime?
Mag+ is great, but it would be nice if it let its readers could comment or engage with its content. Maybe share views and opinions of the content share segments.
When i have time i will try do a more in depth review.
